Certificate & Employment Letter Distribution Program

The Certificate Distribution program along with Employment Letter Distribution to the successfully trained & Placed Trainees Was organized by JK Centre for Technician Training Kanpur on 26th July 2016 in a glittering ceremony at Kamla Nagar, Kanpur.

The Program was chaired by chief Guest Shri kaushal Raj Sharma, IAS, DM, Kanpur Nagar & Guest of Honour Shri A.K. Saraogi (President & CFO, JK Cement Ltd), Shri R.K. Agrawal (MD Netplast Pvt Ltd & President UP TIE), Shri lalit Kumar Khanna (Head of operations JKCTT).
Shri Lalit Khanna informed that JK Centre for Technician Training was started 2011 with two trades Electrician & Fitter. At present the Institute is imparting training in Electrician, Fitter, welder, Mobile Technician & Retail. The Centre is a training partner for Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM), PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal vikash Yojna), IIW-India (Indian Institute of Welding Kolkata). It is a centre of Excellence Training Institute working in line of the objective of Skill India as pronounced by our Honorable PM of the Country. The institute is also going to start the courses in Solar Technician & Security also in next 15 days. Mr. Khanna informed that it is the vision of Honorable Shri Y P Singhania, CMD JK Cement Ltd to excel the skill in the youth with best Man & Machine.
The chief guest distributed certificate to almost 75 trainees trained by the Institute under PMKVY & UPSDM. 04 of the trainees placed by the institute in different trades shared their experiences with the other trainees & all the esteemed guests.
One of the Trainees named as Satyajeet Singh Gautam, shared that he completed the course of Fitter-fabrication from the Institute under UPSDM & was placed by the Institute in Resinova Chemicals at a salary of Rs 11,000. Within 6 Months, he has been promoted & getting a salary of Rs 14,000 pm.
The Chief Guest also distributed offer letter to 8 Trainees who are already placed & working in different Industry .He congratulated all the trainees on successful completion of their training & appreciated the efforts made by JK Organization in the area of skill development & nation building program.
Shri Ashutosh Tiwari informed that The Institute has a current strength of 450 & it’s next target is to train 1500 trainees per year & the objective of the Institute is to promote both job & self employment amongst the trainees.
The Program was also attended by Mr. A. K. Pandey (Principal, JKITC), Mr. Ashutosh Tiwari (Manger JKCT), Mr. R.P. Tomar (Corporate HR JK Cement Ltd), Mr. Sandeep (MIS Manager UPSDM Kanpur) other Industry members from IIA kanpur & all the team members of JKCT.
